Free shipping is offered on all orders within Australia over $90
$10 Shipping is applied on orders under $90
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15
For standard shipping we use Australia Post that deliver to metro areas in 2-4 business days but may take up to 7-10 days for remote areas.
For Express Shipping we use Australia Post and you can check postage delivery times using the post code 3011 here.
Free shipping is eligible to change at any time.

We have partnered with DHL Express Go Green to provide fast, secure and carbon reduced shipping.
Shipping to NZ is 1-3 days.
Shipping to US, EU and UK is 3-5 days.
Free returns are available for all international customers if you have selected 'Free Returns & Shipping Protection' at checkout.
For International orders where 'Free Returns & Shipping Protection' was not selected, we are unable to accept your return.

Opting for shipping protection ensures that if your product is lost, damaged or un delivered for any reason, we will cover the cost of sending a new replacement to you.
If you have not selected shipping protection and for any of the below reasons you did not receive your order, a $10 re-shipping fee is applied:
- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Australia post was unable to deliver to your address for any reason, causing your order to be sent back to us.

'Free Returns' coverage is available at checkout, this covers the cost of your shipping back to us and ensures quick processing of your exchange, store credit or refund.

All 50ml fragrances receive a complimentary 2ml travel mini. Simply try your 2ml fragrance, if you love it, keep it. If it's not for you, return your unopened 50ml fragrance back to us for a refund or store credit.
Returns not available on Discovery Kits.
Returns need to be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality as a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.

For any returns where the return coverage was not selected, a $15 shipping and postage fee will be applied for Australian orders.

For International orders where 'Free Returns & Shipping Protection' was not selected, we are unable to accept your return.

Tulita Parfum Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the returned parcel with shipping protection.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Slight changes in colour of your natural fragrance is normal and can be reduced by avoiding light exposure. For this reason changes to colour are not accepted as a faulty product for return unless a distinct change in the fragrance profile can be detected upon application within 90 days of your purchase. Variances to crystal caps is also to be expected as this is a natural product which adds to its beauty.
